The Fundamental Institute of Black Africa (Institut Fondamental d’Afrique Noire; IFAN) Museum in Dakar explores the anthropology of Africa and has a collection of African art, while the IFAN Museum in Saint-Louis focuses on the history of the Senegambian region.

At the Kid’s Room exhibit you can expect to send boats down the river channel in water play, operate the fish cam in the submarine, and dress-up like a turtle. The Kid’s Room is a space dedicated to young children and learning through play.
There are bright colors and kid-sized objects to handle everywhere in this special place for the Science Center’s youngest visitors. The area accommodates even children under two called “Room to Grow.” Infants and toddlers can crawl around squishy waterbeds and play with big soft blocks.

One family suggested that because they have two teenagers, they actually get two rooms, usually averaging about $150 per night, a total of $300 per night. So, a seven day vacation will cost him about $2100 for the week. Accomodations for the $300 per night stay were for a nice standard hotel room, with no kitchen or living room. And because of the limited amenities, a good sum of money is spent on food since they have breakfast, lunch and dinner in restaurants each day.
